Pay by phone - Interactive Voice Response (IVR) -- 888-553-5407
Voice-response system will ask for your account number, confirm your service address, provide amount due on account, then give prompts to submit payment with a debit card/credit card.

Past-Due Balances

When paying a past-due balance, call Customer Service at 704-984-9400 (press 1) for total amount due to avoid service disconnection or restore connection. You must notify Customer Service when you’ve made full payment on balance due.

Please note: customers will receive a final notice notification through an automated phone message.

Payment Limits and Processing

Credit card payment are limited to $2,000.00 per transaction. Payments made after 5:00 pm are processed next business day. No connections or disconnections are made on weekends, holidays, or after 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday.
